The Council adopted the 2009-2011 Draft Strategic Plan and the Draft Communications Strategy. Delegations were heard regarding wastewater treatment, a potential feline spay/neuter bylaw, and the CRD Regional Parks Loan Authorization Bylaw. Council consented to two CRD Bylaws (Traffic Safety and Parks Loan). A proposed amendment to the Strategic Plan regarding the lime kiln was defeated.
