TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 969, 2017
A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL RELATING TO THE RATES FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND HOUSEHOLD FOOD WASTE
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, amendment Bylaw No. 969, 2017”.
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, is hereby amended as follows:
a. By adjusting Schedule A Residential Garbage and Household Food Waste Collection fees for Curbside Collection from $180.25 per dwelling unit to $182.20 per dwelling unit and On-site Collection from $276.00 per dwelling unit to $279.00 per dwelling unit. See Schedule A for 2017 annual rate summary.
This bylaw shall come into force and effect January 1, 2017.
