TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 964

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING OF BLOCK 27, SECTION 9, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 1407 (1266 BURNSIDE ROAD WEST)

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 964, 2017”.

  2. Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, 2014, No. 900, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for the lands legally described as BLOCK 27, SECTION 9, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 1407, which is currently zoned P-2: Local Institutional such that the zoning for the aforementioned property is established as follows:

    a. The lands as shown outlined as “Subject Property” on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned R-1: Detached Residential (Large Lot).
