Staff Recommendation: THAT Council receive the Road and Trail Name list for consideration.

a) Temporary Commercial Use Permit – 280 Wilfert Road – "Coho" Sales Centre
Report dated September 29, 2010 from the Senior Planner . Pg. 15-36
Staff Recommendation: THAT Council approve the Temporary Commercial Use Permit 2010/05, which will allow the operation of a sales centre at 280 Wilfert Road as per the plans attached to the October 5, 2010 Council report from the Senior Planner;
AND THAT the permit include the following conditions:
- that the permit be valid until June 30, 2012, and
- that employees not be permitted to park on site.
AND FURTHER THAT Council approve of Environmental Development Permit 2010/20 to allow the construction of a building at 280 Wilfert Road as per the plans attached to the October 5, 2010 Council report from the Senior Planner.

b) Microsoft Audit

Staff Recommendation: THAT the 2010 budget be amended to increase the capital budget for software upgrades from $10,000 to $26,000 for the purchase and installation of Microsoft software required to bring the Town of View Royal into compliance.
AND THAT this increase in expenditure be offset with casino funds.
c) Installation of Solar Collectors on the Roof of the Pool at the Westshore Parks and Recreation

Staff Recommendation: THAT Council approve the funding and installation of solar collectors on the roof of the main pool at Westshore Parks and Recreation in the amount of $29,983 to be funded from the Town's Community Works Fund (Fuel Tax).
