Staff Recommendation:
THAT Council approve Development Permit 2010/07 for 55 Kingham Place, which will amend Development Permit 06/08, as per the plans attached to the report from the Senior Planner.

AND THAT Development Permit 2010/07 include:
- A variance to the required front yard setback from 7.5m to 6m;
- A variance to the required rear yard setback from 7.5m to 6.1m;
and
- Requirement to install sediment and erosion control fencing during construction.

Staff Recommendation:

14. CLOSED MEETING RESOLUTION

THAT there is a need to have a meeting closed to the public and persons other than the immediate members of Council, officers and employees of the Town, and those identified under Section 91 (2) of the Community Charter shall be excluded on the basis of Section 90 (1)(e), (g) and (m) and Section 90 (2)(b) of the Community Charter.
