- THAT Council requests the Honourable Bill Bennett, Minister of Community and Rural Development, to confer the power to the Council for the Town of View Royal to write off unpaid property taxes of the following Manufactured Homes:

- THAT Council requests the Honourable Bill Bennett, Minister of Community and Rural Development, to confer the power to the Council for the Town of View Royal to write off unpaid property taxes of the following Manufactured Homes:

Removal of Trees at 48 Demos Place

Official Community Plan Review Options Report
- THAT Council approve the Working Draft Vision Statement in principle; AND THAT Council direct that a draft Official Community Plan be prepared on the basis of Option 3, a Town Centre with Neighbourhood Nodes, as outlined in the Director of Development Services’ staff report dated January 6, 2010. Road Design Concept for Watkiss Way, Helmcken Road, Burnside Road, Conard Street
- THAT Council endorse the road concept designs prepared between August-December 2009 by Bunt & Associates Engineering (BC) Ltd. for Watkiss Way, Helmcken Road, Burnside Road and Conard Street. (COW-08-10)
Admirals Road Corridor Study
- THAT Council direct staff to request the following changes to the Ministry’s Draft Admirals Road Corridor Study:
- Separate bicycle and vehicle lanes are provided along the entire length of the study area.
- All vehicle lanes be kept to a maximum width of 3.3 metres to encourage a reduction in driving speed.
- Sidewalks be included on both sides of Admirals Road for the entire length of the study area. (COW-09-10)
