- THAT the award of the recent Request for Proposal for consulting services for the Craigflower Bridge repair and Expansion Project to Stantec Consulting Ltd., be approved in the amount of $103,208.88 plus HST, of which the Corporation of the District of Saanich will fund $65,722.73 plus HST and the Town of View Royal will fund $37,486.15 plus HST.
- THAT Development Permit 2010/21 be approved as per the plans attached to the report titled Environmental Development Permit – 265 View Royal Avenue dated November 30, 2010 from the Senior Planner subject to landscaping security and specific variances/conditions.
