A BYLAW TO AMEND STREETS AND TRAFFIC REGULATION BYLAW NO. 609, 2005
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as “Streets and Traffic Regulation Bylaw No. 609, 2005, Amendment Bylaw No. 1025, 2019”.
Streets and Traffic Regulation Bylaw No. 609, 2005 is hereby amended as follows: (a) By deleting Section 130 (2) (a) in its entirety and replacing with: “(2) (a) may ride a cycle in any crosswalk which forms a direct and immediate link between adjacent portions of the Galloping Goose Trail, the E & N Rail Trail, or any other trail that is physically separated from the roadway and intended for pedestrians, cycles and non-motorized use;”.
