Dear Mayor Screech:
This will confirm that on January 25, 2021, Saanich Council considered your letter dated December 14, 2020 with respect to a boundary adjustment between the District of Saanich and the Town of View Royal and made the following resolution:
"That Council:
- Receive the correspondence for information; and,
- Respond to the Town of View Royal noting that the District of Saanich is not interested at this time in any boundary adjustments but will consider working together through the Permit to Work on the Road Allowances process for any new sidewalks in the requested areas."
