These developments should be in industrial parks ONLY, the View Royal neighborhood is special, beautifully landscaped. It has sensible speed limits 40kph. It is family oriented. This project is a square peg in a round hole! BC transit can easily procure industrial land in nearby Langford! Governments is structured to listen to its electorate.
