A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO PROHIBITING PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, SALE OR PERSONAL GROWTH OF RECREATIONAL CANNABIS
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 993, 2018”
Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended by adding the following to Section 3.3.2 immediately after Section 3.3.2.j:
k) The production or distribution or sale of recreational marijuana, including the growing of marijuana plants for personal recreational use.
