HI,
I live in the vacinity of the proposed new Handy Dart Facility near Watkiss and West Burnside.
I am totally AGAINST putting this facility at this location. This intersection is already congested morning and evening at rush hour. Also, this type of facility should not be in a residential area. It should be in an industrial area. That is what they are zoned for.
