A BYLAW TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN TO AMEND THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS FOR 17 EATON AVENUE

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as "View Royal Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 361, 1999, Amendment Bylaw No. 804, 2011".

2. Schedule 'B' (Land Use Designations) of Bylaw No. 361, is amended by amending the land use designations and land use designation boundaries for the lands legally described as LOT 1, SECTION 9, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN VIP31214, containing 1,061 square metres which is currently designated Single Detached: R-A, such that the land use designation for the aforementioned property is established as follows:

   a) 1,061 square metres, more or less, as shown outlined and labelled "Subject Property" on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule '1 ' designated Clustered Low Density: R-B.
