Temporary Commercial Use Permit - 280 Wilfert Road

"THAT the Committee recommends to Council that it consider approval of Temporary Commercial Use Permit 2010/05, which will allow the operation of a sales centre at 280 Wilfert Road, at the October 5, 2010 Council meeting subject to noticing as per the requirements of the Local Government Act; AND THAT the permit include the following conditions: - that the permit be valid until June 30, 2012, and - that employees not be permitted to park on site; AND FURTHER THAT the Committee recommend to Council that it consider approval of Environmental Development Permit 2010/20 to allow the construction of a building at 280 Wilfert Road subject to the completion of a tree retention and preservation plan."
