"COW-51-11 THAT the Committee recommend that Council consider approval of Development Permit 2011/08, which will amend Development Permit 2010/06 subject to noticing as per the requirements of Bylaw 730; AND THAT Development Permit 2011/08 include: * variance to site a retaining wall from 7.5m to 2.0m. AND FURTHER THAT Development Permit 2011/08 include the following conditions: - that building heights will not exceed 15.0m; - that the appropriate site, landscaping and servicing plans be amended to show suitable locations, sizes and species of replacement trees; - that the storm water management concept be to the satisfaction of the Director of Engineering; - confirmation that the driveway will meet emergency vehicle access requirements; and * confirmation from a geotechnical engineer that the site will be safe for the intended use."
