Environmental Development Permit - 329 Stewart Avenue

"THAT the Committee recommend that Council consider approval of Development Permit 2011/05 at a future Council meeting as per the plans attached to the report from the Acting Planning Technician at the June 14, 2011 Committee of the Whole meeting and subject to noticing as per the requirements of Bylaw 730; AND THAT Development Permit 2011/05 include: Approval for Development Permit with variance to construct a walkway and associated wharf and wharf structures both within the marine foreshore and within the 15m setback from the natural boundary to the sea. AND FURTHER THAT Development Permit 2011/05 include the following variance: A variance to the setback from the natural boundary to the sea specified in Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35 from 15m to 0m to allow the construction of the proposed walkway."
