"The item was pulled for clarification by the Director of Engineering, who required confirmation whether Council intended to table just the quick curb installation, or the entire Intersection Improvements Project (C-128). Council confirmed the intent was to table the entire project pending further information and scoping. Councillor Mattson opposed tabling the safety measure."
