"THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the applicant be directed to provide the following information to the satisfaction of staff prior to further consideration of the application: more detailed information about the relationship of the development areas to the identified streamside protection and enhancement areas and the future treatment of these areas; a complete grading plan, tree protection and retention plan and geotechnical plan; a more specific Fire Interface Management program; clarify infrastructure improvements and amenity contributions including Chilco Road improvements, trail/path connections and other amenities; revision of the park areas to exclude the archeologically significant sites and that these sites be protected by a restrictive covenant; applicant consulting with First Nations to determine appropriate buffer zone from archaeologically significant sites; and signing of a section 219 Development Agreement that would include any amenity contributions and the Fire Interface Management Program."
