1730 Island Highway Development Permit

"THAT the Committee recommends to Council that Development Permit No. 2010/18 be approved at the November 2, 2010 Council meeting following noticing as per Bylaw No. 730 and subject to: redesign of the storm water detention area as a rain garden; requiring the applicant to fund the frontage improvements as per the full scope of Bylaw No. 35 including the Colwood frontage; and issuance of the Development Permit be subject to approval of the Ministry of Environment."
