"The Senior Planner presented the application which seeks a variance to lot width to allow the transfer of a hooked parcel piece of land, separated by the Galloping Goose Trail, from 2679 Myra Place to 2675 Myra Place. Staff confirmed the adjustment would not permit future subdivision of 2675 Myra Place under current zoning. Council found the matter straightforward."
