"The delegate proposed removing two side 'wings' of the boathouse to reduce its massing. Council expressed ongoing concern regarding the artificial nature of the proposed bank work (boulders/concrete) and the principle of preserving natural shorelines. Council members noted they would perform site visits to better assess the slope failure and visual impact."
