Environmental Development Permit No. 2021/14 - Natural Watercourse and Shoreline with Variance - 333A Stewart Avenue

The Committee received a report on an application for a permit and variance to install two stainless steel pilings to stabilize an existing private dock.

"Staff noted the proposal aligns with OCP objectives to use stable, environmentally preferred materials (stainless steel, not creosote) for dock construction. The environmental report and review by DFO and DND indicated substantial risk to the environment was negligible."
