"THAT, pursuant to Section 11.1 (2)(c) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, staff be directed to notify residents and property owners within a 400-metre radius of the Great Canadian Casino site at 1708 Island Highway legally described as Lot A, Section 104, Esquimalt District, Plan 39031, regarding the application for a Liquor Primary Licence submitted by Great Canadian Gaming Corporation; AND FURTHERMORE THAT a hearing date be set for February 19, 2008 for consideration of the Liquor Primary Licence for 1708 Island Highway (Great Canadian Casino)."
