Council agreed to complete and submit the CRD's transportation governance workbook to staff for collation prior to the September 12 Committee of the Whole meeting.
"The Director of Engineering summarized the report, outlining the importance of factoring in View Royal's existing policies when answering the workbook's questions, particularly concerning local versus regional priorities. The Mayor reiterated concerns regarding potential loss of local control through weighted voting mechanisms at the CRD level. Council agreed to submit individual responses by Thursday (September 7) for staff collation ahead of the Committee of the Whole meeting."
