Environmental Development Permit Application No. 2009/08, 61 Tovey Crescent

"THAT Development Permit No. 2009/08 be approved which will permit the construction of a concrete pad 1.8m from the high water mark at 61 Tovey Crescent, legally described as Lot A, Section 92, Esquimalt District, Plan 41549, with the condition that all recommendations provided in the July 3, 2009 Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Thomas Roy, R.P. Bio, QEP Cascadia Biological Services, must be implemented in full; AND THAT staff notify the DND that Council has no objection to the dock application."
