a) Commuter Train Service on the E&N Corridor between Victoria and Langford From the Special In-Camera meeting held November 8, 2016:
MOVED BY: Councillor Rast SECONDED: Councillor Weisgerber
THAT Council express an interest in further exploring the viability of commuter train service on the E&N Corridor between Victoria and Langford:
- As an inter-municipal service; or
- As a commuter train sub-commission service under the Victoria Regional Transit Commission; or
- As a Capital Regional District commuter train local service with an independent Commuter Train Commission pursuant to the Local Government Act.
