Handwritten letter from Gord and Karen Wade regarding their permit application for an in-law suite.
To whom it may concern
We, Gord and Karen Wade, 107 Meadow Park Lane Victoria, BC V9B 6N1 are applying for a permit to add an inlaw suite to the back of our house. The suite will be used for our parents to reside so we can care for them as they get older. We have an existing suite which will not be used any longer. It is above our garage so it is not able to be used for our parents as it has stairs! We have considered all our neighbours and how the addition would affect them and the out come is all positive! There is a Garry Oak tree in the area and an arborist is doing up a report on the condition of the tree! We hope you will take all of this into consideration and allow us to do this
