INVITATION to View Royal Business Owners to Attend a Community Workshop

HOW TO MAKE VIEW ROYAL MORE BUISNESS FRIENDLY

TIME: Wednesday April 11^TH, 6:00 PM TO 7:30 PM WHERE: View Royal Community Hall, 279 Island Highway

Join me and Barb Fetherstonhaugh, owner of Pete’s Tent and Awning, to discuss how the Town of View Royal’s polices and bylaws are impacting your business. Specific issues we would like to discuss include: Which policies promote or support your business, which hurt your business, and what can the Town can do to make your business more successful.

The Town is currently involved in two processes that will have an impact on your business. First, the Town is developing a strategic plan for the next three years and second, the Town is starting its 2012-2016 Financial Plan and Budget Process.

We would like to hear from you. Your comments and suggestions will be recorded and will be formally presented to Council. I will work with you and my Council colleagues to implement changes to the Town’s policies and Bylaws that will improve the business environment of our Town.
