The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.

a) Transportation Master Plan Revision/Project Description, a brief presentation by Wayne Gibson of Adept Transportation Solutions.

Wayne Gibson and Richard Dixon of Adept Transportation Solutions gave a brief oral presentation of the revisions to the Transportation Master Plan.

6. BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES

a) Traffic Calming Guidelines Report Discussion

The Committee had a brief discussion. The Committee will continue to review the Traffic Calming Guidelines Report and discuss again at the next meeting.

a) Watkiss Way: Safety of Pedestrians and Cyclists Site Visit

The Acting Chair will provide to the Committee three date options, over the next three weeks but before Christmas, for a site visit to Watkiss Way. The Committee will walk through the area to come up with suggestions for improvement.

b) Helmcken Roadway Changes at Watkiss Way

J. Rosenberg reviewed the Council approved changes to the Helmcken Roadway at Watkiss Way with the Committee.
