INTRODUCTION

This report summarizes the progress and status of the View Royal Public Safety Building up to the end of the month of February 2014.

STATUS OF PROJECT

2 Construction Coordination Meetings have been conducted. (meetings have been changed to bi-weekly)

  • Placement of concrete walls + slabs on grade in progress.
  • Installation of civil, mechanical & electrical infrastructure in progress.
  • Installation of waterproofing membrane in progress.
  • Backfilling in progress.
  • Construction of east retaining wall (Type 1) in progress.
  • Installation of CMU in progress.
