RE: 102 Atkins Road

Dear Mayor Hill

I have made application to re zone 102 Atkins Road and would like to express the following to you for your consideration.

Presently the property is being used at its lowest potential and filled with invasive plant species.

I feel that my proposal would bring the present assessed value from $600,000 to approximately $5,000,000.

Through the traffic study we have determined that there would be no negative aspect to the increase of vehicles in the area and have included many onsite parking spaces besides the driveways.

This small strata would further enhance an area that has undergone great changes in the past few years.

We also want to create a park filled with some of the trees presently onsite and add to the numbers, by utilizing the back portion of the property for this purpose.

Naturally, being a strata there will be no up keep or maintenance costs to the city.

We have recently, successfully, completed two similar creations in Langford and take pride in the things we do.

Would be happy to discuss this further, at your convenience and look forward to working with you, council and staff.

Sincerely,

Brian Trenchard President
