OPINION
The 80+cm Douglas Fir at the front entrance is within 2-feet of the foundation of the house. This tree is causing significant damage to the porch and staircase and, in all likelihood, is invading into the storm drains along the front of the house as well as lifting the payment of the driveway. This damage will only become significantly worse over time.
I would recommend this tree be removed to avoid future liabilities.
