To provide updated information on the strategic plan.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The attached strategic plan "Moving Forward – Our Intentions (2012 – 2014)" has been amended by staff to incorporate updates on the status of initiatives and commitments for the fourth quarter of 2013.
