PURPOSE: To establish a policy for staff attendance at Council Meetings.

POLICY:

1.0 The following will attend all Council Meetings;

1.1 Chief Administrative Officer or Director of Corporate Administration

2.0 The following will attend Council Meetings on an "as required" basis:

2.1 Engineering Technician, Planning Officer, Building Inspector/Bylaw Enforcement Officer

3.0 The following will attend all Standing Committee Meetings:

3.1 Chief Administrative Officer or Director of Corporate Administration

4.0 The following will attend Standing Committee Meetings on an "as required" basis at the request of the Chief Administrative Officer.

4.1 Engineering Technician, Planning Officer, Building Inspector/Bylaw Enforcement Officer, other staff members.
