PURPOSE: To establish a policy for a formal process to initiate changes or additions to regulate the flow of traffic within the Town of View Royal.

POLICY:
1.0 THAT changes or additions necessary to regulate the flow of traffic on roads as defined in Section 2 within the Town of View Royal will be referred to Council for its approval prior to implementation.
