- Area disturbed by construction of new concrete block retaining wall & repair of existing retaining wall (portion of terrace) = 41.65m²
- Disturbed area (41.65m²) planted as follows: 10.85m² native species plants + 30.8m² grass lawn. (74% native species plants & 26% grass lawn)
- Additional native species planting in area not impacted by construction, but where there is retained vegetation & where invasive plant species have been removed: 12m²
- Total area of new native species planting: 22.85m². This is the equivalent of 55% of the area disturbed by construction.
- As indicated on this plan, the majority of new grass lawn area is outside the 15m foreshore setback.
