SCHEDULE 5 NEIGHBOUR SUPPORT
We are petitioning for your support of our Development Permit Application with regards to the emergency repair work on the existing retaining wall and the new Allan block retaining wall at 327 Bessborough Close. Both walls help to curtail erosion and the spread of invasive species in the natural environment. All work will happen Monday – Saturday during the permitted hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM so as to not disturb the quiet, peace, rest, enjoyment, comfort or convenience of our neighbours.
It is our aim that construction and retaining walls when finished and landscaped will not impact your views of the Esquimalt Harbour.
