THAT the Town enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Greater Victoria School District No. 61 for the ongoing provision of crossing guards at View Royal Elementary School and Eagle View Elementary School;
AND THAT the Greater Victoria School District No. 61 be responsible for the administration of crossing guard services with the Town to provide funding not to exceed $41,000 for the 2023/2024 school year;
AND FURTHER THAT the operations and funding for crossing guard services be negotiated in the memorandum of understanding.
