Details of Item to be Added: In light of our dry summer and the negative impact on some newly planted town trees, I would like to propose an "adopt a tree" program whereby a resident or group (like a school) can volunteer to care for/water a specific town tree. As part of this, the town would also offer education on the proper use of waterbags.
