Details of Item to be Added: Analysis and recommendations for Housing Needs Assessment.

Summary: The Housing needs assessment that was completed in 2020 has a significant number of typographical errors and conflicting statements rendering the document unreliable for intended use. It lacks clarity and conclusions required by legislation are not clearly addressed. I am proposing that we synchronize the cycle of HNR to correspond with the Canada Census Data, the primary source HNR. The number of dwellings in VR has grown over 18% (750) since 2020 (provide additional information as an attachment if required)
