Sounds great, are you going through the variance committee?
Happy to help any way I can, we hope to be standing on our new deck this week, hope the construction hasn't been too much of an inconvenience.
Can I ask a favor, you have a little tall bush about half way back in your yard right beside the hedge. The previous owner always kept it trimmed down to a reasonable height, it tends to grow into our very slim water view. I've helped her in the past to keep it down as well, is this something you would consider trimming before the real growing season starts?
