Details of Item to be Added: I am proposing that Council/staff engage in discussion surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion that apply to residents, visitors and staff. As a local government, we have a responsibility to address these important topics and find ways to ensure the Town provides an inclusive environment for individuals with diverse backgrounds. Please see the website for examples of what other local governments are doing.
