Dear Mayor and Council,
Please find attached a petition signed by 135 residents of Erskine Lane and Stoneridge . More signatures will be collected, however I wanted to get what we had to you before tomorrow's meeting. Basically, the petition asks Council to ensure that the developer of #9 Erskine Lane be required to:
- widen Erskine lane
- install a sidewalk and bike lane on Erskine Lane from Watkiss to the Galloping Goose prior to construction.
- install traffic control on Erskine & Watkiss prior to construction
- install traffic calming on Erskine prior to construction
- leave a border of mature trees along the perimeter of the property
- build a children's playground close by
- build two stories of parking onsite and ensure sufficient parking for multi car families and visitors
Thank you for your attention and consideration.
Kathleen Gilbert #68-14 Erskine Lane
