Site Overview
The Landscape Plan for the East Site features two primary residential structures:
- Building C: 5 Storey (89 Units), 21 MFE
- Building D: 5 Storey (89 Units), 21 MFE
The site includes various amenity areas, gardens, and natural pathways.
Key Amenity Areas
- Healing Garden: A selection of perennial herbs and medicinal plants located in the feature front garden, with open dirt plot spaces for resident gardening.
- Feature Seating: A long bench seat feature set located in the center of the main amenity patio area.
- Resident Gardening Corner: Features 2' x 2' x 4' and 2' x 2' x 6' aluminum horse trough containers set on a crush gravel surface over the parking slab. Includes a chain link fence surround for fall and deer protection.
- Discovery Nature Walk: (Idea could be incorporated into both sites). Potential gravel surface walking trail winding through the forest. To be site-fit to create accessible access to the natural forested area under arborist supervision.
- Open Lawn & Play Area: Located in Lot B, adjacent to Building D.
- Dog Run: Located near Building C and the retained existing vegetation.
- Main Entries: Access points for both Building C and Building D.
- Service Areas: Dedicated garbage and recycle area with loading zones.
