  1. Ask/determine if they have any alternative accommodation available to them
  2. Advise them of the current availability of beds in Victoria
  3. Provide a copy of the Town of View Royal Shelter Availability Handout
  4. Confirm they understand and will seek accommodations elsewhere
  5. Advise them of bylaw requirements of compliance
  6. Remind homeless/camper of consequences of failing to comply
  7. Ensure they remove all their effects upon vacating
