My name is Ron Millard and I live at 308 Bessborough. I am a long term resident of View Royal and have been asked to consider Mr. Jackson’s request for a variance. I look directly at the proposed building site and have viewed his plans. I believe the house will make a beautiful addition to our Bay. I have also read the letter from the geo technical engineer. It would be a shame to see unnecessary blasting take place which can run the risk of damage to the surrounding areas.
I strongly support Mr. Jackson’s building application and the requested variances. Please feel free to contact me.
