PURPOSE OF REPORT:

To provide the Committee with detailed comparative financial information from the previous five years in advance of the 2020-2024 Financial Plan discussions.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

During the financial planning process earlier this year, Council requested that staff provide detailed financial information leading up to the development of the 2020-2024 Financial Plan. With this report, Council will have reviewed historical and current operational budgets and actual results for each functional division.

BUDGET IMPLICATIONS:

Council may wish to indicate areas of focus or further review for staff to follow up on for the upcoming budget cycle.

RECOMMENDATION:
