Details of Presentation: Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Indoor and outdoor facilities designed to safety and game standards are in demand in communities including View Royal. Currently, most players are seniors who can attend recreation facilities in the daytime. Younger players want to learn and would require programs and courts during evenings and weekends. Outdoor courts would provide opportunity. Saanich and N. Saanich have dedicated, purpose built courts where many View Royal residents often play. (provide additional information as an attachment if required)
