2 APPROVAL OF AGENDA
October 5, 2019Carol A. Kitson#17-14 Erskine Lane

From: Carol A. Kitson Sent: Saturday, October 5, 2019 3:26 PM To: Mayor And Council Email mayorandcouncil@viewroyal.ca Subject: Re: Tuesday, October 8, 2019 council meeting

Dear Mayor & Council,

I see that you are going to be discussing the development at #7 Erskine Lane on Tuesday.

Unfortunately, I have another meeting that night but hope that you are taking into consideration the petition that was delivered to View Royal a few months back(am attaching it again). Again, we ask that the sidewalk go on the even side of Erskine Lane and that a light or round about be installed at Watkiss Way and Erskine Lane as well as the walkway on the CRD right of way and the speed humps.

Please consider fewer units for #7 Erskine as we could very well have over 500 units on our little street if #7 Erskine, #8&#10 Erskine and the huge property of #9 Erskine all get developed. Not asking for no development, just less density on our small road.

We are still waiting on the traffic study that was to be done on Erskine Lane in the spring of 2019.

Sincerely,

Carol Kitson #17-14 Erskine Lane
