PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To provide the Committee with detailed comparative financial information from the previous five years in advance of the 2020-2024 Financial Plan discussions.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
During the financial planning process earlier this year, Council requested that staff provide detailed financial information leading up to the development of the 2020-2024 Financial Plan. To allow sufficient time for review and discussion, this information will be provided one divisional service plan at a time over the coming months.
BUDGET IMPLICATIONS:
Council may wish to indicate areas of focus or further review for staff to follow up on for the upcoming budget cycle.
